The definitions of coaching and consulting often get blended, but coaching is generally defined as helping others build expertise while consulting is lending one's expertise. At Colton Strawser Consulting we believe coaching and consulting are both essential when working with clients - also known as Adaptive Consulting (lending expertise while also assisting an organization, and its board/staff, increase its ability to successfully function independently in the future).
